Enjoy the stunning sea views at the nearby beach. Each day will begin with early morning meditation on the beach accompanied by the rising sun, followed by a pranayama and asana practice. In the evenings there will be a session of relaxing and restorative yoga to peacefully end the day .

This week is designed to take you deeper into your yoga practice as we move into stillness, become more aware, more sensitive & receptive to the beauty in our lives.

 

Practice with like minded people in our beautiful mediterranean style villa in the marina of Polace, just few meters from the beach.

The house is located on the Island of Mljet near the beautiful city of Dubrovnic, Dalmatia. The island offers many interesting activities, including  mountain biking, led walks & hiking, or cruising to the neighboring island etc. which can be arranged for you on site at an additional cost.

Our host is a fantastic chef de cuisine and will prepare delicious & healthy home cooked and local meals. Please inform us in advance and we will happily cater for all of your specific dietary needs.

Price all inclusive:
7 nights in a single room 950.00€
Price includes breakfast and dinner per day at the retreat house plus all classes.

Meals outside and local transportation and flights to/from Croatia are not included. The Yoga House is located on the Island of Mjlet – Marina of Polace, only 60 minutes by ferry from Dubrovnik. The airport of Dubrovnik is only 30 minutes by bus transfer to the Marina in Dubrovnik.

Friday,  June 1st:
Arrival: Check-in ab 12.00 mittags, depending on the connection of the ferry from Dubrovnik to 
Mljet. 
1,5 Stunde Evening practice
Dinner

Saturday – Thursday:
1,5 – 2  hours Morning practice  (Meditation, Pranayama & Asana)
Breakfast
Free time for sunbathing – hiking – swimming – discover the island

1,5 hour Evening practice (cool down, restorative yoga)
Dinner

Friday, Juni 8th: depending on the connection of the ferry to Dubrovnik
1,5 – 2  hours Morning practice (Meditation, Pranayama & Asana)
