By using ancient technics, recover the use of your senses by movement, touch, breath, technics of observation and concentration. How meditation impacts your body and mind awareness!
An embodied approach to movements, breath and consciousness. Body-Breath-Mind is designed as a practice of centering your mind, reconnecting to energy through breath exercises and understanding of your own body, related to physical, mental and emotional body.
This can change the way we think and feel about our experiences, especially stressful experiences. An opportunity for you to observe energy blockages, release boundaries and develop acceptance for a deep healing in a space of presence and meditation.
How does a session Body-Breath-Mind look like?
As an individual course Body-Breath-Mind is designed to relax your whole body, recharge your energy and manage stress situation. A session is based on your needs and issues. We will develop and practice your own process plan composed with soft and easy movements and simple breath exercises. You will learn to connect your awareness and observation on the relationship between breath and body movements. You will discover the impact of the practice Body-Breath on the Mind level, deepening your concentration skills.
This program is open to every one – you don’t have to flexible or experienced!
This course is available as individual session or in a small group of max. 6 people. This course is designed over 10 weeks, to help you to integrate the content and practice into your daily schedule.
Each session is about 45-60min.
We begin with relaxing soft movement to relieve physical tension and restore mobility. Followed by Breath-Exercises which will help you to deepen your respiration and recharge your energy. With specific concentration and observation exercises understand the relationship to physical, mental and emotional issues — discover a sense of inner serenity, center your mind and reconnect to yourself.
